Royston Fiesta

Royston Turquoise Fiesta pendant, the details of this piece make me think of the skirts worn in the Fiesta Parade in Santa Barbara. One of my favorite parades growing up. 
This piece was constructed mostly with PMC (precious metal clay) and some traditional smithing techniques. 
The chain is 18 inches long.
